This form is designed to collect the contact and banking information of all project participants to enable smooth payments. We need you to provide your bank details so we can pay you. These bank details are collected securely within our service. Please do not send your bank details by email. Once submitted these details will be deleted from this form.

BIC or SWIFT(Required)

This is to identify the beneficiary bank, it does not include information about the beneficiary bank. BIC is sometimes known as the SWIFT code.

This is the bank name of the payee bank.
